Fall 2024 Event Decor Trends

As another summer wedding season draws to a close, we’re not even stopping to take a breath, because a busy 2024 fall and holiday event season is upon us! But we live to bring events to life, so we couldn’t be happier!

We’ve put together a list of decor trends to inspire your fall 2024 party planning!

1. Sustainable decor

This eco-friendly wedding inspiration shoot by Clearwater Events & Weddings had a beautiful natural, earthy, boho, romantic kind of feel. Our Bone Coupe Dinner Plates sat atop our Gold Rim Glass Chargers with our Blush Linen Napkins and Brush Gold Velo Flatware

Shot at the Pipe Shop by Jen + Brian, Photo + Film, the shoot featured sustainable stationary by OMD Creative, locally sourced catering including vegan cheese, and recycled decor materials. Florals were provided by Forage and Bloom.

Pedersen’s is your first choice for environmentally responsible event rentals. Our dishwashing and laundry departments have been outfitted with a high efficiency washing and drying system. These machines dramatically reduce the amount of water and detergents needed to meet health and safety standards. We have also established a successful recycling program within our operation for cardboard, paper, cans, bottles, and plastic.

The use of wheels and lids to move all of our glassware allows us to eliminate the need to bag our glass racks in plastic.

Through the use of ipads we are able to dramatically reduce use of printed material and increase efficiency within our warehouse, office and delivery systems.

2. Bold colours

This year’s trend of bright and bold colours isn't going anywhere. Fall is the perfect season to include bold and earthy tones into your event decor with coloured linens.

This autumn table brings the beauty of Fall indoors by adding green, copper and gold to your table. Our Satin Moss Table Linen is topped with our Prairie Wheat Table Runner. Our Gold Rim Glass Chargers are topped with Linen Stoneware Plates and Chocolate Napkins.

3. Not-so-boring neutrals

Another shoot by Clearwater Events & Weddings, this table is a great example of how to incorporate neutrals and pastels in a bold and moody design.

Our Smoke Velvet Table Linen provided a neutral backdrop with rich texture. Our layered Black and Grey Stoneware plates, accompanied by our Champagne Napoli Cutlery added more neutral tones, while our Cut Crystal Wine Glasses offered a touch of timeless luxury.

Shot at the Fairmont Waterfront by Farawayland Weddings, this shoot also featured pastel taper candles by Camilia Supply and florals by Bloomier.

4. Patterns and textures

Believers in the transformative powers of texture, we love to recommend our Metallic Morocco, Pantheon and Rabanne Linens. It’s easy to add a punch of color and texture to your design with one of our fabulous patterned table linens or table runners. These glitzy linens are great for Holiday and New Year's parties! Pair them with our Brush Gold Velo, Gold Savoy or Brushed Copper cutlery.

5. Black and white

The Black & White colour palette will always be in style. Held at the stylish Polygon Gallery, this chic and modern wedding was planned by Brynn of Dreamgroup Wedding + Events with florals by Divine Decor, stationary by Violet Grey Creative, and photography by Kai Jacobson Photography.

White textured linens like our heavyweight Panama White or luxury Stone Vanilla linens bring a touch of refined simplicity to any setting.
