Delivery & Pickup FAQ
When is delivery made?
Deliveries are available between 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturday. The day prior to your arrangd delivery or pick up you will receive an email notification from Pedersens at 5:30pm. This email will provide you with a two hour arrival window. This service is provided to you at no additional charge.
Do I need to be present to receive delivery?
If no one will be present to receive your delivery please provide detailed instructions where to leave the equipment. If you prefer to be on site when we deliver it can be arranged for our delivery team to notify you by phone when we are approaching your location.
Drop-off & Pick-up
Delivery rates are based on door-to-door service and assume there is easy access for wheeled carts. Please inform us when ordering if there are stairs, slopes, or any other impediments to access. We will drop the rentals in the location you have provided when reserving your order. If no one is onsite and detailed instructions have not been provided then we will neatly stack items in a mutually convenient location.
To prepare for pick-up, all rentals should be neatly stacked and items returned in the same containers they were delivered in. Tables and chairs should be properly dissembled to avoid additional handling charges.
Set-up or take-down help is available for an extra charge. These services must be arranged prior to delivery or pick-up and a floor plan must be provided.
Caring for rentals
China, flatware and glassware are packaged in special containers so rentals arrive sterilized, undamaged and ready for use. Return rentals free of food (scraped) back in the appropriate containers you received them in.
Linens MUST be free of refuse and dry to prevent staining and mildew.
