Shooby Doo Catering Open House at the Seattle Asian Art Museum

We were thrilled to be part of this wonderful evening of great food and drinks at the Seattle Asian Art Museum last month.
Hosted by Shooby Doo Catering and captured beautifully by Joanna Monger Photography, it was a colorful celebration of Spring and all the wonderful events it promises.
Our 8-foot Farm Tables were set with our Natural Table Runners and Belize Ivory Napkins. The natural colour palette let the vibrant florals by Sublime Stems take the spotlight.
The clean circular lines of our Halo Linen Stoneware Plates were paired with our Modern Glassware. Our Brush Gold/Black Velo flatware, Round Gold Napkin Rings and Gold Chivari Chairs provided elegant golden accents.
In addition to colorful cocktails and a sumptuous dessert table, guests were treated to a mouth-watering 4-course meal by Shooby Doo Catering.
Summer Berry Salad | GF | artisan greens, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, goat cheese, slivered almonds, raspberry vinaigrette
Seared Beef Tenderloin with cognac peppercorn gravy, glazed rainbow carrots, garlic mashed potatoes
Pan Seared Halibut with passion fruit salsa, rice pilaf, roasted brussel sprouts
Grilled Cauliflower Steak with sofrito marinara, asparagus ribbon salad, roasted fingerling potatoes, finished with pepitas and chili threads
This wonderful evening certainly has us looking forward to the busy event season that’s just around the corner.
