Summer 2019 Design Inspiration: Tropical Glam

Clean lines, tropical palms, and a color palette that exudes jungle vibes, this is a design created to make an impression and it does not disappoint! It features a gold and grey color palette with pops of black and touches of greenery. The gold pillars and large leafy palms blend together to create a jaw dropping table with the perfect balance between modern and glam.

The first thing chosen for this design was Smoke Velvet Linen. If one word was used to describe this linen, it would be luxury. The color is a deep grey and it feels as beautiful as it looks. Gold Beaded Glass Charger Plates and Gold Savoy Cutlery were placed on top and the result was perfection!

Next, to add some contrast, we added Black Stoneware Dinner Plates and Black Hemstitched Napkins. They draw the eye down the length of the table and helped frame the décor.

For seating, we opted for Gold Nova Chairs. Not only are they the perfect shade of matte gold, the translucent back framed each place setting. Modern Glassware was used to compliment the modern look of the chairs and add clean lines to the design.

To create the glamorous side of the table, we turned to our friends at Christopher J Design. They provided the décor, which included striped gold pillars that are bold and luxurious. The taller of the pillars were turned into vases for large palms, which instantly added a tropical feel to the design.

The ends of the table were completed with faux greenery runners, gold butterflies, and little green candles. All of the elements came together and created one epic tropical glam table!
