These portable warming units are very popular if you are planning on using a buffet at your next event. These units use steam as opposed to a direct flame to keep your food warm for the duration of the food service. No electricity is required just cans of sterno which can be purchased from Pedersens. Use these with our 6qt round food pans. Each chafer requires 1 can of sterno which will burn for approximately 1.5-2 hours per can. Order the number of cans that will suit the length of your food service.
